Connecting to resources is an important part of restorative justice in our community. Donations are used to develop and implement educational programs which focus on African American contributions to our nation, promote diversity equity, inclusion, and access to resources by our BIPOC citizens. Networking with other area nonprofits allows us to gain and share resources to further advance BIPOC opportunity. Investing in people in our community and reforming policy is participating in positive change.

Encourage them to stay, giving them reasons why, and stop the pattern of BIPOC citizens leaving our area within a 5-year turnaround.
